Our internationally patented technology, NAPPA?, can achieve instant and precise assembly of multiple antibody fragments that target different antigens to form multi-specific antibodies (MsAbs). This game-changing technology makes the preparation of high-order MsAbs (e.g., 3, 4, 5) as easy as the common bi-specific antibodies. The high-order MsAbs can target multiple cancer antigens while turning on multiple switches to activate immune cells.
Many transmembrane and membrane-anchored proteins require the membrane environment to be properly structured, and thus their presentation in a lipid bilayer environment is crucial to successful antibody development. We have engineered lipid nanodiscs and nanoparticles that can be used conveniently to present these membrane antigens in the membrane environment. These particles can be used for yeast or phage display and for immunization in animals.
